For years, my world was built behind the scenes — red carpets, global campaigns, an award-winning career as a makeup artist, hairstylist, entrepreneur, and podcast host. I loved the artistry, the people, the pace. But life called me inward.
Today, I bring those decades of creative experience into a new chapter: one shaped by awareness, beauty as a state of being, and the quiet work of returning to peace. This space is where I share the wisdom, stories, and practices that reshaped my life from the inside out.
This is My Story.

I’ve lived many chapters — performer, artist, beauty mentor, award-winning makeup artist, hairstylist, entrepreneur, and podcast host — all woven through a life lived at full tempo. I spent years travelling the world, creating, building, teaching, and holding space for others to shine. It was a life I loved, and for a long time, it defined me.
Then, life asked me to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to meet the parts of myself I had edited out while keeping up with the pace of everything I had built.

What I found wasn’t a breakdown—it was a breakthrough, an awakening into presence, inner steadiness, and a peace I didn’t know I was missing. The journey back to myself became the most important work I would ever do.
I share the stories, rituals, conversations, and lived wisdom that helped me find my way home, and just maybe it will spark your own curiosity on the path of self inquiry, a way home to the quiet, powerful truth of who you are too.

I blend decades of creative experience with the inner work that reshaped my life. My approach is rooted in presence — the simple, powerful act of slowing down enough to hear what’s true. Whether I’m teaching, writing, or guiding, I begin with awareness: how you feel, what you carry, and what you’re ready to shift.
I believe transformation lives in the small, intentional moments. The rituals we weave into our days, the choices made with clarity rather than urgency, and the way we speak to ourselves when no one is watching. Beauty, for me, is a language — expressed through how we move though the world and how we tend to our inner world.
My work brings the two together: the outer artistry and the inner harmony. The creative expression and the conscious grounding beneath it. I meet you where you are and support you in finding the steadiness, softness, and self-trust that already lives within you.
